About Us
Founded in 2012 in Juba and registered with the Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC No. 439), Women Advancement Organization (WAO) is a national non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women and out-of-school youth across South Sudan.
Under the leadership of Executive Director Suzan Pasquale, a veteran with 18 years of experience combating GBV, WAO has expanded its operations to 8 states, creating tangible change through vocational training, education, and advocacy.
