In order to reduce poverty among women and youth, WAO has trained over 3,600 in vocational training ie carpentry, metal welding, electrical engineering and solar installation, computer application, hairdressing, hotel management, building and construction, handcraft, vegetable production, Bakery and graduated and award them with certificates and start up kits to find jobs with companies, NGOs, institutions and or begin their private businesses.
